Welcome to Aberdeen City Music Service

Our service provides music tuition in all schools within the City of Aberdeen. We strive to equip our students with skills, knowledge and confidence to provide them with the ability to express themselves through performing music.

Our team of instructors currently deliver individual and group tuition to over 2000 pupils each week. In addition, we run a weekly Music Centre of various ensembles, bands and orchestras. Our various Youth Music Initiative Projects also operate in every Primary School in the city.

We offer instrumental lessons for all orchestral instruments – all strings, woodwind, brass and percussion – plus piano, voice, saxophone, recorder, bagpipes, chanter, guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, drum kit & accordion.
